It is observed that the hesitation of people to visit tertiary care hospitals for their basic medical needs and specialty advises somehow compel them to postpone their own medical care. This leads to further complications. The long process of booking appointments through outsourced call centers add further to their problems. Even in a metropolitan city like Mumbai, getting an ECG done at the needed time of the day is a challenge. If the ECG is done then reporting it rightly is bigger challenge.
